For more information on how Lund University processes personal data, please see our Privacy Policy. By confirming your participation, you consent to Lund University sharing your contact details with QS solely for the purpose of survey participation.

Purpose of processing
The purpose of processing your data is to enable your participation in the QS Global Employer Survey, which is an essential part of international university rankings.

Legal basis
The processing is based on Lund University’s legitimate interest in participating in the QS ranking, in order to promote the university’s visibility and reputation, which can contribute to improving the quality of education and research.

What data is processed?
We only process the data necessary to nominate you for the QS survey.

Who receives your contact details?
QS (Quacquarelli Symonds), a global organisation specialising in education rankings.

Transfer to third countries
Your personal data will be transferred to QS, which is based outside the EU/EEA. This means your data will be processed in a third country that may not have the same level of data protection as within the EU/EEA. The transfer is necessary for your participation in the QS Global Employer Survey.

Retention period
Personal data will be stored by Lund University for up to five years to ensure that Lund University does not nominate the same person multiple times in subsequent years. After this period, the data will be deleted.

Subjects' rights
You have the right to request information about the personal data we process. You also have the right to request the correction of inaccurate personal data, the deletion of personal data under certain circumstances, and a restriction of the processing. More information about your rights and how to exercise them can be found at the website of Lund University.
