ELIGIBILITY

The ACCESS Forum is open to researchers from all research fields and all career levels. Participants in the Research Themes can be PhD-students, early career researcher (within 8 years since the PhD has been awarded), and/or senior researchers. Priority is given to applicants from ACCESS universities.

 

FUNDING

ACCESS does not directly fund Forum participation. However, ACCESS member universities provide grants to their employees (including PhDs) to attend. Grant availability, amounts, and eligibility vary across universities. Information about university-specific funding possibilities can be found here. Questions about funding should be directed to your university’s contact person. 

IMPORTANT: To be considered for participation with funding, you must submit both this application and the required supplementary application from your university.

 

APPLICATION DEADLINE

The deadline to submit this form is 1 November 2026.

 

NOTIFICATION OF RESULTS

Applicants will receive the results of their application in December 2026/January 2027. 

Please note that participation is limited and not guaranteed, even if you have your own funding.
