Thank you for your interest in the 2027 ACCESS Forum in Gothenburg, Sweden on June 14-18, 2027. This is the form to request travel funds from Lund University (there is a separate application for participation in the Forum).
- Travel Grant Amount: Up to 10,000 SEK (Lund University employees only, including PhD students). Any further cost is understood as the responsibility of the department where the participant works.
- Deadline: 1 November 2026

Apply for Forum participation by completing the main application form here.

Get your Head of Department's signature on this form.

Complete this form, upload the signed document from Step 2 and hit the submit button.
If you submit this form but do not submit the Application for Forum Participation (Step 1), you will not be considered for participation in the 2026 Forum. You must submit both the Application for Forum Participation and submit this Travel Grant Request in order to be considered for participation with funding.
NOTE: You may apply to participate in the Forum as a self-funded participant. However, self-funding does not guarantee that you will be selected to participate in the Forum, If you would like to participate as a self-funded participant, (1) complete the Forum Application for Participation and then (2) email Miguel (miguel.cornejo_herrera@global.lu.se) to notify us that you are applying as a self-funded applicant.
