RISE Awards 2026

Real Impact on the Society and the Environment (RISE Awards)

Are you working on a project aiming to improve something in our society or environment? Would your project benefit from new connections, international exposure and funding? Then the RISE Awards is for you!

The RISE Awards is an international pitch competition showcasing student achievements in sustainability and social innovation, helping scale their projects by connecting them with academic and industry experts.

Selected projects will pitch live on the 13 of May in Lund. Two winners will be chosen to represent Lund University in the international (virtual) round of the competition, where you can win 2000 USD.

Registration deadline: 29 April.

To participate, you must be a Lund University student or recent graduate with a project that addresses at least one UN Sustainable Development Goal and includes concrete steps toward implementation. Read more here.
