Lund Student Ambassador Programme Application - Autumn 2025

The Lund Ambassador Programme is designed to facilitate easy interactions between prospective and current students. As an Ambassador, prospective and incoming students will connect with you and ask about your Lund experiences like program details, student life, etc. which will help them in making important academic/personal decisions.

Ambassadors will use an app-based platform called ‘Unibuddy’ in which you will have a profile about yourself (including your program, home country, hobbies and interests) that prospective students can read and then choose to start a conversation with you based on commonalities. You can view this platform by clicking hereThese messages will then appear in the Unibuddy app on your phone (similar to WhatsApp), which you can then respond to based on your personal experiences or a little bit of research.

You will be one of the first points of contact for prospective students who are deciding to apply to Lund. Therefore, sharing your experiences is of utmost importance in helping students feel comfortable in selecting and applying to Lund University for their future education. To read more info about the role, please click here.

The application is due on September 21st at 23:59.

If selected as an ambassador, you will be required to attend a training session on September 29 from 17:00-20. Please note this in your calendar.

PLEASE NOTE: This application does not auto-save your answers. If you need to stop and continue later, please save your answers in another form (such as a Word document on your computer) and re-open the application in a new window when you are ready to submit. If you leave it open as a tab and try to submit it at a later time you will receive an error message and lose your work.

Please note: For all further questions in this application, we will submit all applications through an AI detector. We highly recommend you do not use Chat GPT or a similar AI service to write these answers. We are interested in knowing your genuine thoughts and experiences about Lund in order to assess who would be the best fit to be a Lund Ambassador. We also aim to evaluate your actual level of written English, since most of the role of ambassadorship will be done in writing. If you are using AI to draft these responses your application will not be considered further.
